The base of my breads is identical: ancient wheat because it has less gluten, stone-ground flour because the germ is preserved, natural sourdough because natural fermentation enriches the nutritional qualities of the bread. Then, because my customers love variety, I add flavors: raisins, sesame, roasted flax-sunflower or roasted hazelnut-sunflower.

Cookies

My cookies are "robust", both energetic and flavorful thanks to the mix of T80 flour, sourdough, dark and white chocolate chips, and roasted hazelnuts. They are thick, crispy on top and soft inside, I love them!

Granolema

Granolema

I developed this breakfast recipe for myself, to be at the top of my performance and endurance daily. Granolema contains 2 times less sugar and 2 times more nuts and seeds (dried fruits and seeds) than equivalent products on the market. It contains no refined or unrefined sugar, no glucose syrup, no oligofructose. The sweet taste of Granolema comes exclusively from Velay honey: wildflower honey or chestnut honey, your choice!

Meat

Meat

The calves and lambs eat exclusively grass and stay with their mother until 6-8 months. This suckling meat is light red and very flavorful. The pieces are vacuum-packed and sold in 5 or 10kg boxes. My herds are small, direct sales remain limited and reserved for a network of regular customers.
